50% cancellation fee. 50% refund (against registration) will be processed less service tax as per current government norms & bank processing charges @ 3% (In case of payment by card)

Registration Guidelines
1. Registration is mandatory

2. All the delegates have to provide Medical Registration No. , Year and the name of the state medical council for registration
3. All cheques / DD to be drawn in favour of “IAGES 2019” payable at Cuttack.
4. Kindly provide your Mobile Number and email id for all future correspondence.
5. Certificate from the Head of Department is mandatory for PG Students.

6. Cancellation requests have to be received in writing to conference secretariat. All refunds will be processed after 1 month of the conference
