Inclusions:
• The above room rate are per room per night basis only.
• The above room tariff is inclusive of buffet breakfast at the buffet designated area.
• All applicable Hotel taxes are inclusive
Exclusions:
• GST @ 18% will be applicable on final billing.
Note: Any change in the Tax structure due to the Government policies will be applicable with immediate effect.
Terms & Conditions:
• Hotel rooms are secured by Meetings and More at a special conference tariff for the participants of IAGES 2019, at the respective hotels mentioned above.
• Conference special rates are valid for rooms blocked within 6th – 9th Feb’19 and booked through Meetings and More only.
• The Government reserves the rights to revise the taxes. The same shall be applicable.
• Rooms will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
• Rooms will be confirmed against advance payment.
• Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and additional charges will be levied.
• Personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, room service, spa, salon and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out.
• Services are additional and paid by the client at the time of avail.
