Conference Registration Fees*

Registration Fees Include

1. Admission to All Conference Sessions & Tea Breaks
2. Lunch and Dinner
3. Conference Registration Kit
4. Conference Mixture on Sunday

Accommodation

1. The registration fee does not include accommodation
2. There are many good hotels/OYO rooms available in Powai (near the venue-IIT Bombay)
3. Further, a limited number of rooms in Hostels at IIT Bombay are available on twin sharing basis, which will be allotted on first come first serve basis upon payment through the registration portal

Cancellation Information:

In the unlikely event of cancellation, please do note that any individual registered for conference would be entitled for 90% refund of registration fee, if the written cancellation were notified to organizers on or before 15 August 2016.

A 75% refund of registration fee will be provided to any registered individual, if the written cancellation were notified to organizers on or before 01 October 2016.

A 50% refund of registration fee will be provided to any registered individual, if the written cancellation were notified to organizers on or before 10 November 2016.

However, we regret to inform you that any cancellations done after 10 November 2016 or for no-shows at the conference no refund
of registration fee will be provided.

In the unlikely event that organizers shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference. The Organizers shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
