Inclusions:
• The above room rate are per room per night basis only.
• The above room tariff is inclusive of buffet breakfast at the buffet designated area.
• The above room tariff is inclusive of all hotel taxes.

Exclusions:
GST at 5% will applicable on total billing

Terms & Conditions:
• Hotel rooms are secured by Meetings and More (Official PCO) at a special conference tariff for the participants of ISNCON 2017, at the respective hotels mentioned above.
• Conference special rates are valid for rooms blocked within 14^th - 17^th Dec, 2017 and booked through Meetings and More only.
• The Government reserves the rights to revise the taxes. The same shall be applicable.
• Rooms will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
• Rooms will be confirmed against 100% advance payment.
• Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and additional charges will levied.
• Personal expenses such as telephone bills, additional food & beverage bills, any room services and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the

    time of check out.
• Twin Bed is subject to availability
