Note: Additional INR 1500/- and USD 25 for Return  Airport transfers.

Residential Package Information:
1. Early booking is advised as the Hotel rooms availability cannot be guaranteed closer to conference dates.
2. The Rooms reserved shall normally be made available for occupancy after 1400 hours on the day of arrival. 
3. Check out time is 1000 hours. Post that, the extra charges of the room is to be borne by the delegate directlys

Residential Package Includes:
1. Conference Registration Fees as per the applicable slabs
2. Hotel room booking on respective sharing basis or individually along with the days chosen by the delegate for 14th - 17th December 2017 (3 Nights / 4 Days)
3. Buffet Breakfast at the buffet designated area
4. Complimentary WiFi for residents if the hotel allows. This is purely subject to availability/connectivity
5. Mineral water on per day basis. Anything consumed extra in the room (Mini Bar, In Room Dining, Laundry etc) shall be paid directly by the delegate at the time of check-out 6. Tea/Coffee units in each room
7. All other basic facilities is subject to availability by the hotel only
