• The above room rate are per room per night basis only.
• The above room tariff is inclusive of buffet breakfast at the buffet designated area.
• All applicable Hotel taxes are inclusive

Exclusions:

• Additional GST@18% will applicable.

Terms & Conditions:

• Hotels rooms are blocked by AIOC Organizing Committee at a special conference tariff And it will be manage by Meetings and More for all the delegates of AIOC 2019.
• Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability.
• Room confirmation is possible only against 100% advance received by the delegate.
• Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and additional charges will be levied. Standard CheckIn time will be 2 pm and checkout time will be 12 noon
• As these are subsidize rates by the association they will be provided only to registered delegates and can book only one room at a time. Delegates have to pay directly through their own bank account or credit cards.
• Extra beds are not common in all the Hotels. For details / requirements please contact the Hotel Lobby Manager during the time of Check-in.
• Personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, in room service, spa, salon and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out.
